Romantic Poets: Wordsworth
By way of breaking a long six month silence without a blog entry, here's something I spotted tonight whilst looking at book covers (a recent big inspiration), this time by the publisher Faber and Fabers. And also its Wordsworth, my favourite (and most famous) Cumbrian. Hopefully more blog entries from now on, as some personal work on the way........

Exhib. Of The Year
Great book by Gestalten to coincide with an exhibition at West Cork Arts Centre, Cork, Eire, "Cutters/Cork", curated by James Gallagher: "They are not only composing a wide variety of visual elements, but are also deliberately omitting, deleting, and destroying them." Lusty
Trying to find an anthology of Alvin Lustig, in book form. Considering all his graphic design work, his typefaces, and to me, his textiles, its pretty amazing there seems to be no collection of his work, in book form anyway. There's a good website in his name though, www.alvinlustig.com. Better than Lucienne Day.........
